For the second year in a row, the Marketing and Communications Department of ExecuStay and Oakwood Midwest wins Creative Tower of Excellence Award. Brad Burleson, Regional Operations Manager, accepted the award during the 2019 Corporate Housing Provider Association (CHPA) Annual Conference held in Puerto Rico in February. The CHPA Tower of Excellence Awards are the utmost recognition in the Corporate Housing industry.
Recognized for their Video Marketing Program, this is the fourth Creative Marketing Award (More than 300 units) for the team, having won in 2008, 2014 and 2018. Their in-house strategic plan to create a Video Marketing Program resulted in an increase in close rates with 30 new videos added to their website in the past six months.
Karen Cundiff, Marketing and Creative Director, stated, “In 2014, video emerged as a major player in the success of Inbound Content Marketing. We knew we had to stay ahead of the curve and create an in-house video program that was sustainable and affordable.”
Their video strategy includes video walk-throughs of prime properties in each city, short FAQ videos aimed at answering most common questions, and personalized Video Calling Cards for sales people. These videos provide invaluable information to potential customers driving the company's position as a Corporate Housing leader in their markets.
“After a few initial starts and stops, our program is 100% up and running,” continued Cundiff. “Our goal is to continue to provide our clients with beautiful, informative and personable videos to assist them in their decision-making process and make the entire transition much easier.”
The CHPA Tower of Excellence Awards recognize merit and success in the corporate housing industry. Awards are presented during the CHPA Annual Conference and include Company of the Year, Individual of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Best Green Progress and Lifetime Achievement.
